Day 1: Arrival & Check-in, Opening Ceremony & Cultural Night
Participants arrive in Johannesburg, greeted by the welcoming committee, and check into their accommodations. The day transitions into the Opening Ceremony, where dignitaries and organisers address the participants, setting the tone for the tournament. The night culminates in a vibrant Cultural Night, celebrating the rich diversity of African cultures through performances, music, dance, and traditional cuisine.

Day 2: Training Sessions, Masters Round, Preliminary Rounds
The second day is dedicated to skill enhancement. Participants attend rigorous training sessions led by experienced debaters and judges, focusing on argument construction, rebuttal strategies, and effective communication. The Masters Round features experienced debaters showcasing their prowess, while Public Speaking Rounds allow participants to demonstrate their oratory skills in prepared and impromptu speeches.

Day 3-4: Preliminary Rounds (Debate and Public Speaking) and Break Night
Over these three days, participants engage in the Preliminary Rounds. Debaters present their arguments on a wide range of topics, with judges evaluating their performance based on content, style, and strategy. Public speaking rounds continue, offering a platform for participants to express their thoughts eloquently. The atmosphere is competitive yet collegial, with participants learning from each round.

Day 5: Octo-Finals , Quarter Finals and BBQ Night
As the competition intensifies, the top teams advance to the Octo finals and Quarter finals. These rounds are crucial, determining who moves forward in the tournament.The day will conclude with a BBQ night to celebrate the heritage and culture of Shisa - Nyama in South Africa.

Day 6: Excursion
After intense debates, participants embark on an excursion, exploring Johannesburg's historical and cultural landmarks. This break allows participants to unwind, bond, and gain a deeper appreciation of the host city's heritage.

Day 7: Semi finals, Grand Finale Banquet
The stakes are high as the tournament progresses to the Semifinals. The best teams face off in intense and high-stakes debates, showcasing their refined skills and strategies. The day concludes with the Grand Finale Banquet, a formal event celebrating the participants' journey and achievements. Awards and recognitions are presented, and participants reflect on their experiences over a festive meal.

Day 8: Check-out and Departure
After a week of intellectual engagement, cultural exchange, and competitive debating, participants check out of their accommodations. They depart with a sense of accomplishment, having built new friendships, enhanced their skills, and experienced the vibrant culture of Johannesburg.
