Registration and Payment

The 2025 Pan-African Universities Debating Championship (PAUDC) will have two registration phases:

• Phase 1: Opens on March 1^st and closes on May 30^th, 2025.
• Phase 2: Opens on June 15^th and closes on July 31^st, 2025.

This form serves as the official registration for PAUDC 2025. You are allowed to fill out this form only once. However, if any of your details change, we will email you a copy of your submission with an option to edit it.

N-1 Institutional Judge Rule

All institutions must comply with the N-1 judging requirement. This means that for every N teams an institution registers, it must provide N-1 adjudicators. For example, if your institution registers 5 teams, it is required to send 4 adjudicators (5-1). Institutions may also request spots for observers.

If you register during Phase 1, your payment is due in two installments:

• 60% of the total fee must be paid in June.
• The final payment must be completed by August 15^th, 2025.
• If you register during Phase 2, full payment is required by August 30^th, 2025.
• Any unpaid fees by September 1^st, 2025, without prior communication, will incur a late payment penalty.
